How can I add Pictures to My Survey?

WWW.surveyz.com offers you the ability to embed HTML within the survey headers and footers. If you already have an image (from your website) and would like to embed that as part of the header of your survey -- Find out the HTML required to embed the Image. Cut and Paste the HTML Code into the Survey Administration page as the Header for the Survey.

To add a Banner to your survey:

  • In the Build/Edit Survey page click on the Edit Header to edit the header for your survey
  • Find the URL Location to your banner (from your web site) -- This would be something like
    <img src="http://www.surveyz.com/images/banner.gif>
  • Paste this IMAGE Tag into the Text box for the Header

    • For Example: This HTML code can be added to any question type or to the header or footer of the survey.

    <img src="http://www.surveyz.com/images/banner.gif>
