WWW.surveyz.com gives you the option to force a respondent to answer a question.

While creating the question you can check Validation Required to force the respondent to provide a response for that question.

Please Note: If one or more questions are Required then there will be instructions on the survey that indicate the questions that need to be completed in order to accept the input.
