Extraction of Selected Answers from a Check Box Question (Select all that apply) to the Next Question

Using extraction, a subset of the answers displayed to and selected by the
User are extracted from one question and displayed in the next question.
You can only extract from Multiple Choice (Check Box) Questions.
The Extacted Destination follows the displayed check box question.
The Extraction function automatically creates a new Question with logic
such that the Answers will only be displayed if the corresponding
Answer (from the earlier check box) is selected by the Respondent.
You can add Answers / Formatting etc to the Extracted Question after it
is created.
To Indicate that a particular answer is Extracted a little Icon will be present next to the Answer.
This however will not be displayed when the Survey is Displayed to the Respondent (Preview)
This will also automatically create a Branch Point to Branch to the Extracted Question
